1. Definitions

In these Terms:

• "Misuse" means any use that breaks these Terms, such as human or animal consumption, clinical or diagnostic use, unauthorized distribution, or illegal handling.
• "Terms" means this agreement and any policies or disclaimers it refers to.

2. Legal Disclaimer and Intended Use

Our products are not FDA-approved and are not drugs, supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices. They are sold only for laboratory research and analysis.

You may not:

• Use them for human or animal consumption in any form
• Inject, ingest, inhale, or apply them topically
• Use them in a clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic setting
• Compound, repackage, or resell them as drugs, supplements, or cosmetics
• Use them in foods, drugs, medical devices, or cosmetics under Section 201 of the FD&C Act

We have not evaluated these products for safety or efficacy. Misuse may violate federal, state, or international law. You are solely responsible for following the law and handling products safely.

3. Qualified Purchaser

By buying from us, you represent that you are a qualified researcher, scientist, or institutional buyer who can safely handle these materials. You confirm that:

• Your purchase is not for personal, recreational, or self-use
• You have the knowledge, training, and equipment to handle, store, and dispose of them safely
• You will follow all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws (including the FDCA and TSCA)
• You accept all risks from handling or using the products

4. Buyer Responsibility

You are responsible for all risks related to handling, use, storage, and disposal of the products. You must:

• Follow safety and hygiene practices
• Warn others of hazards where appropriate
• Prevent unauthorized access or misuse
• Use products only in a lawful and appropriate manner

You agree to indemnify and hold HQ Peptides and its affiliates harmless from any claims, liability, or damages resulting from misuse.

5. No Usage or Dosing Guidance

We do not provide instructions or guidance on dosing, reconstitution, preparation, or application. We will not respond to questions about human or animal use. We are not responsible for third-party content (e.g., on social media, in reviews, or on other sites) that may be inaccurate or unlawful. Please see our other site policies for further information.

6. Compliance with Laws

You must comply with all applicable laws, including the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FDCA), the Controlled Substances Act (CSA) where relevant, and any state, local, or international chemical or safety rules. You may not introduce products into commerce in violation of those laws. Regulatory compliance is your responsibility.

7. Monitoring and Enforcement

We may, at our discretion, cancel or refuse orders, deny service to any person or entity, and cooperate with regulators or law enforcement. We may report confirmed misuse to the appropriate authorities.

8. Limitation of Liability

HQ Peptides and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use, handling, or misuse of products, or from failure to follow these Terms or the law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HQ Peptides, Great Research, LLC, and Research Holding, LLC from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from misuse.

9. Sales Policy

We may restrict, limit, or refuse sales, or cancel orders without notice, to ensure compliance with law and safety. All sales are subject to these Terms. We are not liable for orders we deny or cancel.

10. Regulatory and Labeling Status

Our products are not controlled substances under federal law, are not on the FDA drug registry, and are not dietary supplements. They are labeled and sold in accordance with 21 CFR 809.10 as Research Use Only, for laboratory research only.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (text, graphics, logos, images, code) is owned or licensed by HQ Peptides. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use it commercially without our written permission.

12. Privacy and Data

By using our site or buying products, you agree to our collection and use of personal data as described in our Privacy Policy (including email, shipping, and order information). We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except as required by law.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Mexico.

14. General

• Severability: If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
