At HQ Peptides, customer satisfaction and product integrity matter to us. This policy describes how returns and refunds work for research-use products, what is eligible, and how to start a return. All purchases are subject to these terms.
1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Eligible orders may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. This guarantee applies only to products that are unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a refund:
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.
- Returns must be received by us within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Products must be in their original packaging with intact seals where applicable.
Due to the nature of our products, opened, tampered, or used items cannot be accepted for return or refund.
3. How to Initiate a Return
All returns are handled by email. To start a return:
- Email support@hq-peptide.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will reply with return instructions and the address to ship the item(s) to.
- Ship the return to the address we provide. We will process the return once we receive and inspect the item(s).
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
4. Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your return:
- We will notify you by email about the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges (including expedited options) are non-refundable unless the return was due to an error on our part.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, email support@hq-peptide.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the item(s). We will review the claim and, if approved, arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
6. Final Notes
HQ Peptides reserves the right to:
- Refuse returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria above.
- Deny returns where we suspect policy abuse or fraudulent activity.
